If your account is part of a Business plan, your employer (the account administrator) can see your progress, completion rates, and quiz scores within their organisation's dashboard. They cannot see your personal messages or payment information.

Your personal information is stored on servers located in the Canada Central region through our database provider Supabase. We chose Canadian hosting deliberately to keep your data within Canada and subject to Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, financial records for tax purposes, which we retain for 7 years as required by the Canada Revenue Agency).
